Mormon Folklore
Mormon folklore has a rich tradition of pioneer tales, oral histories, beliefs, customs, music, and poems that are passed down through generations, often with the most unsavory parts left out or glossed over. I grew up hearing extraordinary stories and as I got older started researching the meaning behind some of this folklore. This project attempts to hold space for both the light and dark sides of family folklore.
